This agreement witnesses the following covenants on the part of (the participant):

1. That JOYST is not responsible for securing employment for me and that I have no right to require, request or demand such unless I have paid the required fee.

Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

2. That the JOYST membership fee is non refundable and non transferable.

3. That I will make all relevant payments and submit the required documents by the stated deadlines in order to be eligible to participate.

4. That if I make programme fee payments without submitting the required documents I waive the right to any refund of such payment in the event of my non-participation has been caused by my own failure or neglect to submit the required documents or for any other reason SAVE AND EXCEPT by reason of circumstances in Clauses 4,5,6 herein.

5. That I may exercise a right to cancel before February 28, without penalty BUT that I will not be entitled to any refund if I cancel after that date. Also that notice of cancellation will be in writing and submitted to JOYST. I also understand that if I register and pay the programme fee after February 28, the cancellation policies will be still be applicable.

6. To abide by JOYST's absolute discretion in exercising it's right to reject an application which fails to meet programme eligibility criteria and /or is not considered to be in the general interest of the organization.

7. To understand and acknowledge that the relevant Embassy or High Commission has the authority to deny or approve the issuance of visa or entry clearance, and to be guided accordingly. I further understand that in the case of refusal it is my responsibility to obtain the necessary document from the Embassy or High Commission and submit to Joyst in order to obtain a refund from JOYST. I also understand that in the case of the US programme that I will have to wait until JOYST has been refunded by the co-sponsor before I will receive a refund of the programme fee.

Rules and Guidelines

8. To allow only JOYST to make all travel arrangements on my behalf.

9. To attend meetings, pre-departure orientation and post departure orientation where required.

10. To report physically to JOYST at the end of the programme with my passport or immigration card.

11. To travel with the required amount of funds to the respective host country.

12. To purchase health insurance with respect to participation to any programme as directed by Joyst.

13. That one way airport transfers will only be available for groups of 25 or more.
