Your privacy is of the utmost importance when you shop with us.

When you place an order, we ask for your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card expiration date and number. This information is needed to process your order, verify that you are who you say you are and ship your order. We never sell, trade, or give out your name to anyone. There are no exceptions to this rule. Your information goes no further than us. The only way anyone else will have/get you information is if you give it to them freely. Your privacy is of the utmost importance when you shop with us.

Cookies: Joyst.org may employ “cookies” to provide a user with tailored information. Changing the Member Information

Member can review the personal information he/she provided us and make any desired changes to such information, at any time by logging in to his/her account on the Joyst.org Web site and changing his/her preferences in the Profile page of the "Profile" link for Site account information and Account maintentance for Billing information..

SECURITY

To secure site integrity, Joyst.org employs measures including but not limited to security audits, use of encryption tools and software, and other reasonable security measures and procedures.

Internal access to users' private and nonpublic personal information is restricted to site administrators and individuals on a need-to-know basis.

Transaction Security

SSL
SSL a 128-bit key uses public-key encryption to exchange a session key between the client and server; this session key is used to encrypt the http transaction (both request and response). Each transaction uses a different session key

Your credit card number, if you decide to leave it, will only be used to process your order. The form that you will access to enter your credit card information is stored on a secured site. When you click on the submit button, it will be encrypted, and then wiped from the disk file as soon as the order is processed. We do not retain the actual card numbers, only the autorization codes we receive from the banks.

ENFORCEMENT

In the event that Joyst.org becomes aware that site security is compromised or user nonpublic information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties as a result of external activity, including but not limited to external security attacks, Joyst.org shall take reasonable measures which it deems appropriate, including but not limited to internal investigation and reporting, and notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities, notwithstanding other provisions of this Statement.

If Joyst.org becomes aware that a user's personal information provided to Joyst.org has been disclosed in a manner not permitted by this Privacy Statement, Joyst.org shall make reasonable efforts to notify the affected user, as soon as reasonably possible and as permitted by law, of what information has been disclosed, to the extent that Joyst.org knows this information.
