Orientation for students who have filled out the application form for Global Resources for Education and Travel (GREAT) will be held during the period February 27-29 at the University of the West Indies (Mona) Rex Nettleford Hall Multipurpose Room. Participants are required to dress appropriately for this occasion. Interview times will be scheduled and the relevant participants will be contacted. Participants are required to walk with their resume if it was not submitted with their original documents.
Participants who have signed up Interexchange’s application form are required to attend orientation from March 11-13, 2008. Further information will be provided regarding participants who need to attend this orientation.

| The Inter-Exchange Full Service and Self Arranged orientation for participants serviced by Joyst's Mandeville Office , will be held on Tuesday March 11, 2008 at the Northern Caribbean University (NCU) Gymnasium. The orientation begins at 8:30 AM. |

| Our Inter-exchange orientation for students serviced by the Joyst Kingston office will be on Mar 12th and 13th respectfully at Rex Nettleford Hall on The University of the West Indies (Mona) Campus. The time schedule is 9am -1pm on the 12th and 9am -12pm on the 13th of March. |

| We have attempted to send out update emails to students of the WAT USA Programme. We additionally placed the content of the emails on the individual accounts. This is to help rectify the problem of students not receiving emails or them getting lost in the Junk Mail folder. |

| We have implemented an email tracker that stores a copy of mass emails sent to students. Students can now additionally view emails we tried sending to them on their accounts. A notice was placed on each student's account in case they did not read the front page of our website. |

| All participants on the WAT USA programme should take note that the deadline for embassy documents is this friday. (April 18th, 2008). Participants should contact our office and make arrangements to submit documents.
There will be no extensions for this deadline. |
